Back in our young adult years, I remember that Chad would frequently make chili, and I loved it. Pretty much all that I would eat was frozen burritos, ramen noodles, and pasta. But Chad had a knack for whipping up some pretty tasty meals. Anyway, I have been going through his notebooks and I found his recipe for “Chad’s Chili”. So here it is – I hope you enjoy it.

Chad’s Chili

  • Meat – 2lbs Hamburger
  • Tomato Soup (Campbells) 2 cans
  • Chili Beans (Cheapest) 2 cans
  • Kidney Beans (Cheapest) 1 can
  • 1 Green Pepper (Bell)
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • Smallest Onion
  • Oregano Leaves (Crushed)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
